Discover’s 24 month 0 APR balance transfer card was slated to end Feb 28 , but the company chose to extend this offer because of the high customer demand. Thus, the 24 month Discover More Card offer is six months longer than a trio of Citibank balance transfer cards (which offers 0% rates for 18 months). The main difference between these two companies is that Discover is currently charging a 5% balance transfer fee while Citi charges at 3%.

The reason being that Citibank extended its introductory rates on its two versions of Citi Dividend cards, and the elimination of two balance transfer cards with below average introductory rates that was offered at the Bank of America Website.
