Balance transfer card needed. [household income] [first usa ...

I look around me for a balance transfer for my girlfriend. She has no lates or other derogs in their CRs. The main problem is currently a high debt to income and very high utilization. First USA just decided it on the top of the 29.9% rate jack CLD. As a result of all that they really need another card, but only one that is likely to approve a high capacity and high debt to income. It would also be helpful if the issuer has asked household income , equivalent to as my income and it would contribute significantly to the DTI problem. Washington Mutual and Discover both have 0% interest on balance transfers for a year, with a one time 3% transfer fee.

I have the Washington Mutual card. My limit started off as $4000. I transferred about $3,000 from other cards (high interest) and then I cut them all up (including the Washington Mutual card).

I cut up the Washington Mutual card because any purchases made on the card will be paid last, after the balance transfer is paid in full.

Transfer as much as you can., leaving room for the 3% fee. Transfer more as your limit increases.
