Yes..they are offered, I get them all the time…0% for the life of the LOAN – till the balance transfer is paid in full.

You should opt back in and they will start sending them….they figure if you get that type of deal from them they will keep you as a customer….most of those offers come with a 4.99% to 5.99% regular rate too. Maybe just keep transferring to 0% for 12 mo. and the previous companies might send you one of the 0% for life offers

2. Or you get a fixed rate (above 0%) for the life of balance. Many American Express Cards have the fixed rate for life of balance offer. In fact, they are actually the one that started this. Examples of amex cards that offer fixed rate for life of balance are :

I think Providian does and maybe Chase…be careful with Chase.. they really screwed us up. It was set up online to do auto payments and they failed to take it out (THEIR FAULT), then they added the late fees and upped our interest rate 15%…so I would check everywhere else first..I had providian and they had some like what u are wanting I think…was a while back.
